Her practice is grounded in a holistic, patient-centred approach, ensuring that each individual is treated with empathy, dignity, and clinical excellence.
Miss Srivastava’s extensive medical training has taken her across London, the West Midlands, and the South East of England, as well as internationally in India and Tanzania. Her inclusive and tailored approach allows her to meet each patient’s unique needs with care and understanding.
While at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust, she established and led the Birth Options Service, an innovative initiative designed to empower women with greater choice and support during the postnatal period. She went on to co-develop a ground-breaking postnatal care programme at Paediatric Diagnostics and Sussex Private GP Clinic in collaboration with a Consultant Neonatologist. This initiative focuses on supporting new mothers’ physical recovery and emotional well-being, helping to build confidence in the early stages of parenthood.
Miss Srivastava offers clinical expertise across a wide range of women’s health concerns, including general gynaecology, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, fibroids, and menopause. She also brings advanced skills in outpatient and ambulatory procedures, with particular specialism in diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and complex surgical interventions such as laparoscopic and abdominal hysterectomy.
Alongside her clinical work, Miss Srivastava is dedicated to medical education and professional development. She serves as a Medical Appraiser and holds the role of Lead for Simulation and Training within her department, where she supports the next generation of healthcare professionals and promotes excellence in clinical practice.
